In this exciting context, the master’s program in Artificial Intelligence at **Università della Svizzera italiana** (USI) in Lugano merges the competences of the Faculty of Informatics with those of the Swiss AI Lab **IDSIA**, Dalle Molle Institute for Artificial Intelligence, one of the world's leading research institutes in this field.

### Where we are
The Faculty of Informatics is located in the East Campus of the Università della Svizzera italiana. The exact address is via La Santa 1, Lugano (Switzerland).
The Campus has a number of shared spaces, a multi-purpose hall, an exhibition space, a canteen, a crèche and sports areas. It hosts around 600 members of staff, 1,000 students on the basic programme and 800 students in continuing education.
You can reach the university from Lugano train station in 9 minutes by taking bus number 6 in the direction of Cornaredo and getting off at the "Campus Universitario" stop (you can find the bus schedule [here](https://www.tplsa.ch/15/26/new2a-linee-orari-linea-6.html)).
