Studying at USI

I am Thomas, a Swiss-Italian student at USI. Let me show you around! USI has a great atmosphere. I’m from Varese and quickly made friends here. I love how approachable the professors are, bringing international experience to our studies. I’m doing a Master’s in Finance because of its global recognition and English instruction. My goal is to work for an international bank and travel. Studying at USI means balancing work, academics, and free time!

USI's campuses in Lugano and Mendrisio (Switzerland)

The USI campus in Lugano is a modern and dynamic environment dedicated to higher education and research. It offers innovative and functional architecture, modern classrooms, equipped laboratories, libraries, and green spaces. It is an ideal place for study and research, fostering collaboration and student well-being. The Academy of Architecture is located in the centre of the small town of Mendrisio, most of them laid out around a very fine urban park.

Where to find us

The lessons of most of USI's Master's take place in presence in the West Campus of the Università della Svizzera italiana. The exact address is via Buffi 13, Lugano (Switzerland).

The classe of the Master in Architecture and of the Master in History and Theory of Art and Architecture take place in the Academy of Architecture in Mendrisio (Switzerland).
