Are you curious to know what it means to study architecture?

During the Spring Semester, you can choose whether to participate in the Bachelor Ministage on 4-5 March 2024 (registration closed!) or 25-26 April 2024.
Immerse yourself in the daily life of USI and experience two days as a student of the Academy of Architecture by participating in our Bachelor Ministage. Discover the vibrant atmosphere of our campus in Mendrisio and get a firsthand glimpse into our Bachelor's program in architecture.

For organizational reasons, participation will be prioritised for high school students in Switzerland. Meals are offered to all participants. Hotel accommodation is only offered to students attending high school in Switzerland (excluding Canton Ticino).

Participation in the event is confirmed within 48 hours (working) from registration. A certificate of participation is issued on the second day of the Ministage.

Why study Architecture in Mendrisio?

An architectural faculty which boasts an innovative, interdisciplinary, humanistic and generalist teaching method. Seeking to counteract the fragmentation of knowledge threatened by over-specialisation, the Academy of Architecture will ensure that the future architects will acquire skills based on an open and critical approach, ranging from various types of architectural design to urban planning and landscapes, from the rethinking of historical heritage to developing sustainable designs.
