Bachelor Ministage

Come and live the two-day experience as a USI student, completely immersing yourself in the daily life of the university and participating in the lessons of the USI Bachelors.

During the Spring Semester, you can choose whether to participate in the Bachelor Ministage on 4-5 March 2024 (registration closed!) or 25-26 April 2024.
The event's structure will not change, but the lessons offered will be different, as we respect the official lesson timetable: don't worry; in both cases, you will have the opportunity to discover what is taught in a university lecture!

We will present you our Bachelor's Degrees in:

• Communication (in Italian)
• Lingua, letteratura e civiltà italiana (in Italian)
• Economics (in Italian)
• Informatics (in English)
• Philosophy (in Italian)

The event is open to all interested students, but hotel accommodation is offered only to those coming from outside Canton of Ticino and Lombardy for organisational reasons. Those coming from these regions and who still wish to stay in Lugano can take advantage of a special rate with some hotels near the university.

Participation in the event is confirmed within 48 hours (working) from registration. A certificate of participation is issued via email on the second day of the Ministage.

The event will take place on the West Campus of the Università della Svizzera italiana. The exact address is via Buffi 13, Lugano (Switzerland).

Parking is very limited in the area, so we recommend using public transportation.

You can reach the university from Lugano train station in 8 minutes by taking bus number 6 in the direction of Cornaredo and getting off at the "Università" stop (you can find the bus schedule here).
